Data controller

KJEJ Tech AB (reg. no. 559096-9886), Årstavägen 16, 120 52 Stockholm, Sweden, info@brakem.se, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data on BraKem.se.

What data do we collect?

When you place an order we process your name/contact person, personal identity number (individuals) or organization number (companies), address, email address, phone number, and details of the courses ordered and invoicing. If you identify yourself with BankID, your data is also processed by our identification partner in accordance with their own terms. If you contact us via the contact form, we process the details you provide there.

Why do we process the data, and on what legal basis?

• To fulfil the purchase agreement - deliver the training, grant access to the course platform, and send an order confirmation. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• For bookkeeping and invoicing. Legal basis: legal obligation under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
• To answer questions you send via the contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• For ad measurement via Google Ads. Legal basis: your consent, see our cookie policy.

How long do we keep the data?

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil our agreement with you, and thereafter for as long as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (normally through the seventh year after the end of the financial year).

Who do we share data with?

We share data with our BankID identification partner, with IT and hosting providers who run our website and email, and with Google if you've consented to ad measurement cookies. We never sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure (subject to the limits the Bookkeeping Act places on invoice records), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.
