About the training
The training is an online course you complete at your own pace, whenever it suits you. It covers basic knowledge of chemical hazards, the products handled, which steps in the handling process can be hazardous, necessary protective measures, ventilation, and personal protective equipment. Once you pass the final exam, a digital certificate is issued immediately.
The certificate is valid for 5 years from the date you passed the final exam. After that, the training needs to be completed again for the certificate to remain valid.
If you work professionally or industrially with diisocyanates, you are covered by the requirements of the REACH regulation (EU) 2020/1149 and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on chemical work environment risks (AFS 2011:19). Our training is up to date and meets both sets of requirements.
We are an accredited competence registrar with the ID06 Competence Database, but we only register your certificate there if you request it. Get in touch with us once you've passed the training and we'll arrange the registration.
Yes, we offer courses in both Swedish and English. Which language a given course is offered in is shown on that course's own page under "Courses".
Ordering and account
Choose the courses you're interested in under "Courses", add them to your cart with the right number of participants, and then go to your cart to complete the order.
Yes. In the shopping cart you choose whether the order is for an individual or a company. For companies, you provide the organization number and invoicing details as part of the order.
If you order as an individual, you can identify yourself with BankID instead of entering your details by hand. If you've ordered from us before, we'll recognize you and fill in what we already have on file. BankID is always optional - you can also continue without it.
We review all orders manually before sending out login credentials. This normally happens within 6 hours of the order being placed.
Once logged in, you can invite course participants directly from your account, for example via SMS or email.
Contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Depending on when you get in touch and what the change involves it may be possible - some courses may however have special conditions.
For larger orders we may be able to offer a discount code that you enter in your cart. Contact us and we'll help you based on your order.
Payment
After placing your order, we send an invoice according to your preference - e-invoice, email, or regular mail. The invoice includes the due date and all the payment information you need.
The prices shown on the course pages are excluding VAT. Your shopping cart shows a clear price breakdown including VAT (25%) before you submit your order.
After your order
You log in at kurs.brakem.se using the login credentials you receive by email once your order has been reviewed.
First check your spam folder - some emails from us end up there. If you haven't received anything within 6 hours, get in touch with us and we'll help you out.
